Event Details

What:   A 300 Mile Route from Decatur, Georgia to Hilton Head Island

When:  April 8-11, 2010

Day 1 – April 8, 2010 – Decatur to Milledgeville

Day 2 – April 9, 2010 – Milledgeville to Sylvania

Day 3 – April 10, 2010 – Sylvania to Hilton Head Island

Travel Day – April 11, 2010  - Beach Day/Drive Back to Decatur

Why: A permanent and safe home is critical to the physical and mental well-being of a person or family living with HIV/AIDS. There is no fee to ride but we do ask that you set up a First Giving.com site to solicit donations for the ride.  Send this to your friends and family – it is amazing how much they will give to watch you suffer.

How: *  100 Miles per day (give or take a few)

*  SAG and technical support provided along the route

* Riders pay expenses of overnight accommodations (only the finest that rural southeast Georgia has to offer).  Much better options when we get to Hilton Head.

*  Detailed cue sheets will be provided (but we expect that the group will stay together)
